Our first Interview! This week we where lucky enough to get an opportunity to sit down and chat with Barbara McGuildry a client with Winton and Co. In her previous work she had been employed working in the banking service. She now works as a Celebrant. We had prepared some questions for Barbara in advance and she was good enough to answer them as well as any that came up as a result of her answers. Why did you pick Winton and Co to be your accountants? - They where recommended to her and as they are a small firm they offer the sort or personalised service she likes. She finds them very responsive and always have time for any questions she may have. They also offer very competitive rates, being a small business themselves they are able to meet all her needs on time which is very important. Hello and welcome to Hard Work Hope. In this Blog I will detail the on going enterprise activity of myself and my colleagues as we look at an existing accounting firm, speak to some of the clients about their services and any gaps both we and they feel this firm currently offer. First let me introduce my team and tell you a bit about them and why we each selected our roles. Chair Person - Mathew Coll I have a background in retail management and currently work in customer services so have experience leading a team, allocating tasks and bringing people to a amicable solution on any issues that arise. Finance Manager - Stuart Benvie Stuart opted for this role as he has experience with spread sheets so he can accurately record any financial areas such as cost projections of things we are looking to offer. He also has web experience which will help research such things. Product Manager - Alona Rubery We selected Alona for this role as she has the drive and determination to
